Pashunite Foodie ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.
Information We Collect
Data stored on your device only: Pashunite Foodie stores your saved recipes, wellness streak, mood logs, pantry items, and preferences in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Meal scan images: When you use the Meal Scan feature, your uploaded photo is sent to Anthropic's API for AI analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy governs that data. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by Pashunite Foodie.
Text prompts: Wellness goals, symptoms, and ingredient queries you enter are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for recipe generation. These are not stored by us after your session ends.

No Accounts or Login
Pashunite Foodie does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, date of birth, or any other personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us at pashunitefoodie@gmail.com.
Cookies & Tracking
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics that identify individual users. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not run targeted advertising.
Children's Privacy
Pashunite Foodie is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Your Rights
Since your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or uninstalling the app. You have full control of your data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Pashunite Foodie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
